Place one herbal pouch in a clean bowl or cup. Pour hot water over the pouch and allow herbs to steep for 10–15 minutes. Remove the pouch and allow the herbal infusion to cool slightly until comfortably warm.

Soak a clean soft cloth in the herbal infusion, wring out excess liquid, and apply the warm compress to the breast area for 10–15 minutes or as desired for comfort.

Use a fresh cloth and herbal infusion each time.
