Ingredients

Rooibos • Rose Hips • Hibiscus • Dried Apple Pieces • Lemon Balm

Steep 1–2 tsp in 8 oz hot water for 5–8 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm or chilled. Sweeten to taste.
